Values

We value the principals codified in the Charter for New Urbanism, which states in part: "...We stand for the restoration of existing urban centers and towns within coherent metropolitan regions, the reconfiguration of sprawling suburbs in to communities of real neighborhoods and diverse districts, the conservation of natural environments, and the preservation of our built legacy..."

We value the opportunity for every American, who has the will and commitment, to have access to affordable home ownership. We pursue creating homes and neighborhoods that provide shelter and satisfy the wants and needs of entry level home owners through economy and value.

We value the prospects of extended technologies, updated regulations, and new construction methods to lead the way in providing us new opportunities to create new homes and neighborhoods that will minimize the cost of home delivery, the cost of financing and the cost of monthly expenses for entry level home owners.

We value our families and dear friends, and desire to create neighborhoods that facilitate, nurture and celebrate our social connections. Through walkability and connectivity of urban design planning our neighborhoods will incorporate those elements that reinforce our values and provide our homeowners evironments of renewal and celebration.

We value nature and will construct built environments that acknowledge and include the natural intrinsic human connection between ourselves and the natural environment. Utilizing open spaces filled with gardens and orchards and framing views with floral vistas. We intend to complement the shelter offered by our entry level homes with natural surroundings while maintaining our connection with nature.
